Jack has spent his 40+ year professional life in sales and marketing, serving both for-profit and non-profit organizations. He began his sales and marketing career in radio and television sales and productions, helping both local and national clients identify and reach their unique target markets.
He continued his sales, management, and consulting profession with national non-profit organizations such as United Way and the Biomedical Division of American Red Cross, as well as local retail and service clients. In his final year of service to United Way of Central Oklahoma, he delivered over 300 live presentations to potential donor audiences to United Way.
Jack supports and helps drive Grimes & Associates growth in his role as Client Services Specialist, and as point-person for the company’s marketing efforts. In Client Services, he works with clients who utilize Grimes & Associates’ premier hiring selection and evaluation tool, SPQ*GOLD® – The Sales Preference Questionnaire®. Through the “Questionnaire”, he consults with local and regional Sales Managers to assess potential sales candidates’ predictable actions if hired into a sales role. The Grimes & Associates mission is to help Managers and sales people identify and correct unconscious barriers that short circuit their potential and success. After more than 4 decades in sales, Jack believes Grimes & Associates’ expertise and mission is the most exciting era of his sales career thus far.
